DESIGN
BOOKINGS
No design will be booked in or started before payment is made. Once a spot has been given to you, you have 24 hours to complete the payment before it’s handed to someone else.
If you've been assigned a completion date at the time of your booking and run over your assigned spot (because you've failed to provide the materials we need to work on your project), you will be asked to pay a late fee or pay the full price again for a new booking.
By booking in with us, you are agreeing to all our terms and conditions. It is the client's responsibility to read our policies before booking in with us.
Please allow 24 hours for replies.
All bookings are non-refundable.
REVISITS AND CHANGES
2 rounds of revisions are included free of charge.
Additional changes will be subject to additional charges.
EXTRA FEES
Douceur Designs will not cover and is not responsible for any extra fees involved with your designs (such as Wix, GoDaddy, or any other hosting platforms).
PRIORITY SERVICE
Priority service is available at an additional charge.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND CONTENT BOOKINGS
To secure your session, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the scheduled shoot.
Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Rescheduling is available if you provide at least 48 hours' notice before your session. We will assist with rescheduling based on availability. Rescheduled sessions must be within 30 days of the original date to retain the deposit.
Any cancellations will result in the loss of the deposit.
IN-STUDIO SESSIONS
Please arrive on time for your session. We recommend arriving 20 minutes early to prepare. Late arrivals will result in a reduced session time to ensure all scheduled sessions run on time. Any session that is delayed by more than 30 minutes may be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Please be on time and come prepared for the session. If hair and makeup are included in your session, we suggest arriving at least 20 minutes early to begin the preparation.
For no-show clients, the full session fee will be due, and rescheduling will not be allowed without full payment.
We ask clients to be respectful of the studio, equipment, and staff. Any damage to studio equipment, props, or facilities caused by the client will be billed at full replacement cost.
Clients are encouraged to bring any personal items or props needed for their shoot. We are happy to discuss and help plan the details.
Clients are responsible for their own transportation to and from the studio or shoot location.
IMAGE RIGHTS AND USAGE
All images taken by Douceur Photography during the session are property of Douceur Photography. Douceur Photography retains the right to use images for promotional and marketing purposes, unless a written request is made to opt out of this. For exclusive rights to images, a separate license agreement can be arranged.
EDITING AND DELIVERY
Edited content will be delivered within 7 business days of the shoot unless otherwise agreed.
Rush delivery is available for an additional fee of £150, with delivery within 48 hours.
All final images will be delivered via a secure online gallery where clients can download and share their photos.
